The headliner has JUST been replaced.
Some upholstery work on the seat (primarily the drivers) needs to take place.
It runs well, starts up after a few pumps (mechanical fuel pump).
The AC fan is working but it needs some freon to cool. 
As per the photos, the wood paneling needs to be replaced and the rest of it could use a new paint job, as well.
